About Us
Scorched Earth is a 3 man band (currently) consisting of three dudes from Long Island NY. Our music started out in an Islip NY basement as a glam metal cover band. Scorched Earth has strangely varying genre identity and quickly developed into a band of original music within the classic metal, hair metal, alt rock scope. During the 2020 Covid-19 breakout Drummer/Guitarist Regolith paired up with vocalist Richie Dumais and started writing music. After writing 5 tracks within 2 weeks Bassist Dan Freeman was brought back into the fold.
Scorched Earth released its self-titled debut Album in August of 2021. And has since released an EP Demons Down on February 11th 2022 and six new singles with much more to come!
